**NEWS: Charlotte Branch Office Consolidates with Asheville Branch Office**
As a part of our ongoing strategy to address the challenges presented by the current economy through the leveraging of our technological resources, the Charlotte and Asheville Branches of Fidelity National Title & Commonwealth have been consolidated. Both our Charlotte and Asheville offices remain open and Shelly Stanley, residential underwriter, and Janet Curtis, marketing representative, are still in Charlotte continuing to provide exceptional service. Carolyn Clark Snipes, Title Counsel & Branch Manager, will be leading our team in both Charlotte and Asheville. She has been with our Company for 6 years, 5 of those as the Asheville Branch Manager. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, serves on the Council for the Real Property Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, and is currently the North Carolina Land Title Association President. Carolyn is a board certified specialist in commercial and residential real estate transactions and is a licensed underwriter in North Carolina and South Carolina. Her team in Asheville is experienced in both commercial and residential matters and consists of Kelly Jacobson, commercial underwriter, and Susan Holder, residential underwriter.
